Well, SA just won the NBA title in 6. Looks like Tim Duncan will be the MVP of the finals. Well, I don't care for the Spurs much, but I've got to tip my hat off to David Robinson retiring with a 2nd NBA ring. After all the BS about him being too soft, he deserves this moment.
Duncan if he developed a personality would be ambassador of the NBA(this coming from a die-hard Shaq fan). Maybe we need to contact Al Snow huh? Duncan gets the job done consistently, and quietly.
Hmmm, I wonder if Kidd is going to SA next year?

Why should every star have to put on some sort of personality? Let Duncan do it his way. As long as he continues to play as he does he'll be noticed.

GREATEST GAME EVER.
My Spurs DID IT!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! How bout the numbers on Robinson? 13 points, 18 REBOUNDS! What an unbelievably glorious way to go out for one of the greats. Coach of the Year, MVP, Finals MVP, best record in the league... a season to remember for me. This is easily one of the greatest days of my life. Spurs frickin rule it.

I agree as well, but I was just thinking in terms of marketing. You see AI, Kobe, T-Mac, and Garnett get more press than him because of personality. Truthfully, I see Duncan becoming another Larry Bird--- a quiet guy that gets the job done, and will be hailed as one of the all time greats by fans.

I know I'm a Spurs fan and I may be biased, but I'd have to say that with this season passed, Tim Duncan has surpassed Shaquille O'Neal as the league's most dominant player.

And if "Shaq's foot is healthy." Of course to me that just means whether he really wants to play or not.

Yeah, sometimes I have to question Shaq-Daddy's motivation.
