Just caught Strangeland on The Movie Channel last night. Second time I've seen it; it's a pretty cool horror movie.

Just saw Die Another Day. Now it's pretty good but not as good as the last one. It has same major problems though. 1. Madonna 2. Graves' Stewpid power suit and it's lame electric effect 3. Jinx 4. the crappy ice surfing scene

Just got the T2: Extreme DVD. It was pretty damn awesome before, but the new footage makes the whole movie flow much better (I know, it's all Stewff we've seen on countless behind-the-scenes specials, but seeing it in context really helps to clarify the storyline). Plus, there's just the sheer awesomeness of seeing it in digital picture and sound.

I love that version of T2, it makes the film even better, and makes some parts of it make a lot more sense.
I watched it again last week to try and build up enthusiasm for the next film, but all it really did was make me realise how much better it is than the trailers for T3 make it look, and how the special effects in it still look a lot better than what's in T3.
This morning I watched 'Kiss Me Kate', which is an old musical based on the stage musical of the same name. It was pretty much standard musical fare, nothing special. It did have a cameo from Spencer Tracy in it though, which was nice.

I just watched the network premiere of "Ready To Rumble". Plenty of movies insulted my intelligence, but this one just pissed on it.

Freddy Got Fingered. It had some funny Stewff and most of it was because of how bad it was. This is seriously the Stewpidest movie I've seen and it deserves all the shit the critics fling at it.

I watched 'Dark City' again today. Great film, similar themes as The Matrix (and much of the same sets because the Matrix stole a lot of the sets and ideas) done much, much, much better. Much. Great performances, great atmosphere. Films don't come much better.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. We just watched it in English. I had seen it a few times before (I have it on VHS); it's an amazing movie.

I just saw 'The Adventures of Robin Hood' for the.... goodness knows how many times I've seen it actually. It is great though, I love a swashbuckling film, and there aren't many better than that. It is also the most enjoyable version of the Robin Hood story, and makes Costner's version look like shit. For my money Errol Flynn has yet to be topped as far as movie 'stars' go.

Just rewatched "American Beauty"; truly one of the greatest movies ever made.
As I've said before, I'm in the process of writing a few screenplays; I WISH I could write something as amazing as "American Beauty".

I'm watching 'The Vanishing' (remake not original). I've seen it before. The two lead actors are good, I'm a fan of both, I just wish they hadn't changed the ending.
Writing screenplays? That's something of a hobby of mine. Good luck with it.
As far as American Beauty is concerned, it has some things I like, but I agree with William Goldman's take on it.
